Remove the main relief valve (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-105].
Installation: Tighten the main relief valve to 69 – 78 N•m (51 – 58 ft-lb) torque.
Remove the spring (Item 1), poppet (Item 2) and sleeve (Item 3). Remove the O-rings (Item 4) and back-up ring (Item 5) [Figure 20-40-106].
Remove the plug (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-107].
Installation: Tighten the plug to 28,5 – 30 N•m (21 – 22 ft-lb) torque.
Remove the O-ring (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-108] from the plug.
Remove the sending unit (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-109].
Remove the fittings (Item 1) and (Item 2) [Figure 20-40-110].
Installation: Tighten the fittings to 28,5 – 30 N•m (21 – 22 ft-lb) torque.
Inspect the screen (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-111] for damage and contamination.
