Remove the negative battery cable. (See Removal And Installation on Page 50-20-2.)
Remove the floor mat. (See Removal And Installation on Page 40-110-1.)
Disconnect the harness connector (Item 1) [Figure 50-70-1] from the fuel sender.
Remove the fuel sender (Item 2) [Figure 50-70-1]. The sender threads into the tank, use a wrench to remove the sender.
